What’s included
What equipment is planned?
A traditional dry sauna, red and near-infrared light, PEMF-integrated loungers, adjustable pneumatic compression boots, calming audio, and filtered air. Final device models, settings, and operating protocols will be published before opening.
Do the concept visuals prove a health outcome?
No. Concept visualizations show the planned atmosphere and layout, not proof of a result. Evidence and individual responses vary by modality, device, and dose.
Is this medical treatment?

Founding reservation
What does the $49 Founding deposit secure?
It secures one planned 60-minute session at the discounted Founding rate and is applied in full when redeemed. It is fully refundable before redemption. Regular single sessions are planned at $89; no membership or recurring charge is created.
Is the $49 refundable?
Yes. The deposit is fully refundable before redemption. If the Newmarket location does not proceed, it will be refunded automatically.
Will I be enrolled in a membership?
No. No membership or subscription is purchased today, and there is no recurring charge.
Will anything else be charged automatically?
No. There is no membership, package balance, subscription, recurring charge or automatic later payment.
Why are paid reservations limited?
The Founding offer is limited to 50 confirmed Newmarket reservations. Current reservations and successful, non-refunded online deposits count toward the cap. The offer is nearly sold out and closes at the earlier of the confirmed cap or fixed campaign deadline.
Safety + contraindications
Who should seek medical advice before using the planned equipment?
Anyone who is pregnant or may be pregnant; has cardiovascular, blood-pressure, neurological, eye-pressure, vascular, heat-tolerance, or balance concerns; uses an implanted electronic device; takes medication affected by heat or dehydration; or is unsure whether a modality is appropriate.
Can I use the room while pregnant?
Pregnancy, heat sensitivity, medical conditions, medication concerns, and implanted electronic devices can change what is appropriate. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using sauna, PEMF, compression, or other planned equipment.
Can I use heat equipment after drinking alcohol or using recreational drugs?
No. Heat can affect hydration, balance, heart rate, and blood pressure. Future safety rules will require visitors to arrive sober, hydrated, and feeling well.
What should I do if I feel dizzy, nauseated, or unwell?
Stop the equipment immediately, cool down, hydrate if appropriate, and seek help. Call 911 for a medical emergency. Never push through warning symptoms.
